সাধারণ শর্তাবলী
লিগালএক্স-এর সাথে অ্যাক্সেস এবং অর্ডার দেওয়ার মাধ্যমে, আপনি নিশ্চিত করেন যে আপনি নীচে বর্ণিত শর্তাদি ও শর্তাবলীতে থাকা পরিষেবার শর্তাবলীর সাথে একমত এবং আবদ্ধ। এই শর্তাবলী সমগ্র ওয়েবসাইট এবং আপনার এবং লিগালএক্স-এর মধ্যে যেকোনো ইমেল বা অন্য ধরনের যোগাযোগের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য।

লাইসেন্স
লিগালএক্স আপনাকে একটি প্রত্যাহারযোগ্য, নন-এক্সক্লুসিভ, অ-হস্তান্তরযোগ্য, ডাউনলোড, ইনস্টল এবং কঠোরভাবে এই চুক্তির শর্তাবলী অনুসারে ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করার সীমিত লাইসেন্স প্রদান করে। এই শর্তাবলী হল আপনার এবং লিগালএক্স (“আমরা”, “আমাদের” বা “আমাদের”) মধ্যে একটি চুক্তি যা আপনাকে একটি প্রত্যাহারযোগ্য, নন-এক্সক্লুসিভ, অ-হস্তান্তরযোগ্য, কঠোরভাবে ওয়েবসাইটটি ডাউনলোড, ইনস্টল এবং ব্যবহারের জন্য সীমিত লাইসেন্স প্রদান করে। এই চুক্তির শর্তাবলী সহ।
সংজ্ঞা এবং মূল পদ
এই শর্তাবলীর জন্য:

● ডিভাইস: যেকোনো ইন্টারনেট সংযুক্ত ডিভাইস যেমন একটি ফোন, ট্যাবলেট, কম্পিউটার বা অন্য কোনো ডিভাইস যা লিগালএক্স পরিদর্শন করতে এবং পরিষেবাগুলি ব্যবহার করতে ব্যবহার করা যেতে পারে।
● আইপি ঠিকানা: ইন্টারনেটের সাথে সংযুক্ত প্রতিটি ডিভাইসে একটি নম্বর বরাদ্দ করা হয় যা একটি ইন্টারনেট প্রোটোকল (আইপি) ঠিকানা হিসাবে পরিচিত। এই সংখ্যাগুলি সাধারণত ভৌগলিক ব্লকগুলিতে বরাদ্দ করা হয়। একটি আইপি ঠিকানা প্রায়শই যে অবস্থান থেকে একটি ডিভাইস ইন্টারনেটের সাথে সংযুক্ত হচ্ছে তা সনাক্ত করতে ব্যবহার করা যেতে পারে।

● তৃতীয় পক্ষের পরিষেবা: বিজ্ঞাপনদাতা, প্রতিযোগিতার স্পনসার, প্রচারমূলক এবং বিপণন অংশীদার এবং অন্যদের বোঝায় যারা আমাদের সামগ্রী সরবরাহ করে বা যাদের পণ্য বা পরিষেবাগুলি আমরা মনে করি আপনার আগ্রহ থাকতে পারে।
● ওয়েবসাইট: লিগালএক্স এর সাইট, যা এই URL এর মাধ্যমে অ্যাক্সেস করা যেতে পারে: https://www.asklegalx.com
● আপনি: পরিষেবাগুলি ব্যবহার করার জন্য লিগালএক্স-এ নিবন্ধিত একজন ব্যক্তি বা সত্তা।
বিধিনিষেধ
আপনি এতে সম্মত নন, এবং আপনি অন্যদের অনুমতি দেবেন না:
● লাইসেন্স, বিক্রয়, ভাড়া, লিজ, বরাদ্দ, বিতরণ, প্রেরণ, হোস্ট, আউটসোর্স, প্রকাশ বা অন্যথায় বাণিজ্যিকভাবে পরিষেবাটি শোষণ বা প্ল্যাটফর্মটি যে কোনও তৃতীয় পক্ষের কাছে উপলব্ধ করা।
● পরিবর্তিত, অমৌলিক কাজ করা, বিচ্ছিন্ন করা, ডিক্রিপ্ট, বিপরীত কম্পাইল বা বিপরীত প্রকৌশলী পরিষেবার কোনো অংশ।
● অপসারণ, পরিবর্তন বা অস্পষ্ট কোনো মালিকানা নোটিশ (কপিরাইট বা ট্রেডমার্কের নোটিশসহ) বা এর সহযোগী, অংশীদার, সরবরাহকারী বা পরিষেবার লাইসেন্সদাতাদের৷
পেমেন্ট
আপনি যদি আমাদের কোনো পুনরাবৃত্তি অর্থপ্রদানের পরিকল্পনায় নিবন্ধন করেন, আপনি আপনাকে সমস্ত ফি বা চার্জ দিতে সম্মত হন। প্রতিটি ফি বা চার্জ বকেয়া এবং প্রদেয় সেই সময়ে কার্যকর ফি, চার্জ এবং বিলিং শর্তাবলী অনুসারে পরিষেবার জন্য অ্যাকাউন্ট করুন। অর্ডার ফর্মে অন্যথায় নির্দেশ না থাকলে, প্রিমিয়াম প্ল্যানে সাইন আপ করার শর্ত হিসেবে আপনাকে অবশ্যই আমাদের একটি বৈধ ক্রেডিট কার্ড (ভিসা, মাস্টারকার্ড বা আমাদের দ্বারা গৃহীত অন্য কোনো ইস্যুকারী) (“পেমেন্ট প্রদানকারী”) প্রদান করতে হবে। আপনার অর্থপ্রদান প্রদানকারী চুক্তি আপনার মনোনীত ক্রেডিট কার্ড অ্যাকাউন্টের ব্যবহার নিয়ন্ত্রণ করে এবং আপনার অর্থপ্রদান প্রদানকারীর বিষয়ে আপনার অধিকার এবং দায় নির্ধারণ করতে আপনাকে অবশ্যই সেই চুক্তিটি উল্লেখ করতে হবে এবং এই শর্তাদি নয়। আমাদের আপনার ক্রেডিট কার্ড নম্বর এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট অর্থপ্রদানের তথ্য প্রদান করে, আপনি সম্মত হন যে আমরা অবিলম্বে তথ্য যাচাই করার জন্য অনুমোদিত এবং পরবর্তীতে এখানে আমাদের কাছে প্রদেয় এবং প্রদেয় সমস্ত ফি এবং চার্জগুলির জন্য আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট চালান করার জন্য অনুমোদিত এবং কোন অতিরিক্ত বিজ্ঞপ্তি বা সম্মতির প্রয়োজন নেই৷ আমাদের সাইটে পোস্ট করার সাথে সাথেই অথবা আপনার প্রতিষ্ঠানের প্রশাসক(দের) ইমেল ডেলিভারির মাধ্যমে আমরা যেকোনো সময় এর দাম এবং বিলিং পদ্ধতি পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি। যে কোনো অ্যাটর্নি ফি, আদালতের খরচ, বা অপরাধী অবিসংবাদিত পরিমাণ সংগ্রহের জন্য অন্যান্য খরচের দায়বদ্ধতা এবং আপনার দ্বারা পরিশোধ করা হবে। পরিষেবার জন্য আপনার এবং আমাদের মধ্যে কোনও চুক্তি বিদ্যমান থাকবে না যতক্ষণ না আমরা একটি নিশ্চিত ইমেল, এসএমএস/এমএমএস বার্তা, বা যোগাযোগের অন্যান্য উপযুক্ত মাধ্যম দ্বারা আপনার অর্ডার গ্রহণ করি। পরিষেবাটি ব্যবহার করার সময় আপনি যে কোনও তৃতীয় পক্ষের ফিগুলির জন্য দায়ী৷
রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ড নীতি
আমাদের সাথে থাকার জন্য ধন্যবাদ। আমরা যে পরিষেবাগুলি অফার করি তা আপনি কিনতে চান তা আমরা প্রশংসা করি৷ আপনি যখন আমাদের পরিষেবাগুলি অন্বেষণ করছেন, মূল্যায়ন করছেন এবং ক্রয় করছেন তখন আমরা নিশ্চিত করতে চাই যে আপনার একটি পুরস্কৃত অভিজ্ঞতা রয়েছে৷ যেকোনো কেনাকাটার অভিজ্ঞতার মতো, আমাদের কোম্পানিতে লেনদেনের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য নিয়ম ও শর্তাবলী রয়েছে। আমাদের অ্যাটর্নিরা যতটা অনুমতি দেবেন আমরা ততটা সংক্ষিপ্ত থাকব। মনে রাখার প্রধান বিষয় হল আমাদের কাছ থেকে অর্ডার দেওয়ার বা কেনাকাটা করার মাধ্যমে, আপনি আমাদের গোপনীয়তা নীতির সাথে শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত হন। যদি, কোনো কারণে, আপনি আমাদের প্রদান করা কোনো পরিষেবার সাথে সম্পূর্ণরূপে সন্তুষ্ট না হন, তাহলে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে দ্বিধা করবেন না এবং আপনি আমাদের পরিষেবার সাথে যে কোনো সমস্যা নিয়ে আলোচনা করতে পারবেন।
আপনার মতামত
পরিষেবার বিষয়ে আপনার দ্বারা আমাদের দেওয়া যেকোনো প্রতিক্রিয়া, মন্তব্য, ধারণা, উন্নতি বা পরামর্শ (সম্মিলিতভাবে, “পরামর্শ”) আমাদের একমাত্র এবং একচেটিয়া সম্পত্তি থাকবে। আমরা আপনাকে কোনো ক্রেডিট বা কোনো ক্ষতিপূরণ ছাড়াই যে কোনো উদ্দেশ্যে এবং যেকোনো উপায়ে পরামর্শগুলি ব্যবহার, অনুলিপি, সংশোধন, প্রকাশ বা পুনঃবন্টন করতে স্বাধীন হব।
আপনার অনুমোদন

আমাদের পরিষেবার পরিবর্তন

তৃতীয় পক্ষের পরিষেবা
আমরা তৃতীয় পক্ষের সামগ্রী (ডেটা, তথ্য, অ্যাপ্লিকেশন এবং অন্যান্য পণ্য পরিষেবাসহ) প্রদর্শন করতে, অন্তর্ভুক্ত করতে বা উপলব্ধ করতে পারি বা তৃতীয়-পক্ষের ওয়েবসাইট বা পরিষেবাগুলির লিঙ্ক প্রদান করতে পারি (“তৃতীয়-পক্ষ পরিষেবা”)। আপনি স্বীকার করেন এবং সম্মত হন যে আমরা তাদের নির্ভুলতা, সম্পূর্ণতা, সময়োপযোগীতা, বৈধতা, কপিরাইট সম্মতি, বৈধতা, শালীনতা, গুণমান বা অন্য কোন দিক সহ তৃতীয় পক্ষের পরিষেবাগুলির জন্য দায়ী থাকব না। আমরা ধরে নিই না এবং কোনো তৃতীয় পক্ষের পরিষেবার জন্য আপনার বা অন্য কোনো ব্যক্তি বা সত্তার কাছে কোনো দায় বা দায়িত্ব থাকবে না। তৃতীয় পক্ষের পরিষেবা এবং লিঙ্কগুলি শুধুমাত্র আপনার সুবিধার জন্য প্রদান করা হয় এবং আপনি সেগুলি অ্যাক্সেস করেন এবং সম্পূর্ণরূপে আপনার নিজের ঝুঁকিতে ব্যবহার করেন এবং এই জাতীয় তৃতীয় পক্ষের শর্তাবলী সাপেক্ষে।
শব্দ এবং পরিসমাপ্তি
আপনি বা আমাদের দ্বারা সমাপ্ত না হওয়া পর্যন্ত এই চুক্তি কার্যকর থাকবে। আমরা, তার নিজস্ব বিবেচনার ভিত্তিতে, যে কোনও সময় এবং যে কোনও কারণে বা কোনও কারণে, পূর্ব বিজ্ঞপ্তি দিয়ে বা ছাড়াই এই চুক্তিটি স্থগিত বা শেষ করতে পারি। এই চুক্তিটি অবিলম্বে বন্ধ হয়ে যাবে, আমাদের কাছ থেকে পূর্ব বিজ্ঞপ্তি ছাড়াই, যদি আপনি এই চুক্তির কোনো বিধান মেনে চলতে ব্যর্থ হন। আপনি আপনার কম্পিউটার থেকে পরিষেবা এবং এর সমস্ত অনুলিপি মুছে দিয়ে এই চুক্তিটি বাতিল করতে পারেন। এই চুক্তির সমাপ্তির পরে, আপনি পরিষেবাটির সমস্ত ব্যবহার বন্ধ করবেন এবং আপনার কম্পিউটার থেকে পরিষেবাটির সমস্ত অনুলিপি মুছে ফেলবেন। এই চুক্তির সমাপ্তি বর্তমান চুক্তির অধীনে আপনার কোনো বাধ্যবাধকতার (এই চুক্তির মেয়াদে) লঙ্ঘনের ক্ষেত্রে আইনে বা ইক্যুইটিতে আমাদের কোনো অধিকার বা প্রতিকারকে সীমাবদ্ধ করবে না।
কপিরাইট লঙ্ঘন বিজ্ঞপ্তি
আপনি যদি একজন কপিরাইট মালিক বা এই ধরনের মালিকদের এজেন্ট হন এবং বিশ্বাস করেন যে আমাদের থেকে কোনো উপাদান আপনার কপিরাইট লঙ্ঘন করে, তাহলে অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন নিম্নোক্ত তথ্য প্রদান করে: (ক) কপিরাইট মালিকের বা অনুমোদিত ব্যক্তির একটি শারীরিক বা বৈদ্যুতিক স্বাক্ষর তার পক্ষে কাজ করা; (খ ) লঙ্ঘনকারী বলে দাবি করা হয় এমন উপাদানের সনাক্তকরণ; (গ) আপনার ঠিকানা, টেলিফোন নম্বর এবং একটি ইমেল সহ আপনার যোগাযোগের তথ্য; (ঘ) আপনার দ্বারা একটি বিবৃতি যে আপনি একটি ভাল বিশ্বাস আছে যে উপাদান ব্যবহার কপিরাইট মালিকদের দ্বারা অনুমোদিত নয়; এবং (ঙ) একটি বিবৃতি যে বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে দেওয়া তথ্য সঠিক, এবং মিথ্যাচারের শাস্তির অধীনে আপনি মালিকের পক্ষে কাজ করার জন্য অনুমোদিত৷
ক্ষতিপূরণ

কোনো ওয়ারেন্টি নেই

অধিকার পরিত্যাগের ঘোষণা

এই চুক্তির সংশোধনী

সামগ্রিক চুক্তিনামা

বিরোধের নোটিশ

বাধ্যতামূলক সালিশ

LegalX (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is registered in Bangladesh at 326, West Rampura, Polashbagh, Dhaka 1219.
We operate the website https://asklegalx.com (the “Site”), the mobile application LegalX (the “App”), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the “Legal Terms”) (collectively, the “Services”).
LegalX is a legal SaaS platform. People can seek answers to their legal-related questions on Legalx, which in-house specialists provide. In addition to other services, users can connect with lawyers listed on the platform based on their needs.

If we delete or amend any such Submissions, we reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and notify law enforcement.

(b) No dispute may be arbitrated based on a class action or otherwise through the use of class action procedures;
(c) No dispute may be instituted in an alleged representative role on the general public’s or other individual’s behalf.
Exceptions to Arbitration
The parties acknowledge that the aforementioned rules on binding arbitration do not cover the following disputes:

C) any injunctive relief claim.
